Kalpataru Properties Limited (KPL) was originally incorporated as Kalpataru Consultants Private Limited on June 9, 1975, under the Companies Act, 1956. It was renamed as Kalpataru Construction Overseas Private Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on January 21, 1982. It was further renamed as Kalpataru Properties Private Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on June 6, 2006. Further, it was converted into a public company and a Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on 11th March, 2026. KPL’s CIN is U41000MH1975PLC018371 and its registered office is situated at 101, Kalpataru Synergy, Opposite Grand Hyatt, Santacruz East, Mumbai - 400 055, Maharashtra, India. KPL is currently engaged in the business of real estate development and activities related to real estate as authorized under the objects clause of its memorandum of association.

Non - Executive Director
Mofatraj P. Munot is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He is the ex-President of the Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry. He has been awarded the “the lifetime achievement award” each at the 22 nd Construction World Global Awards 2024, CREDAI - MCHI Golden Pillars Real Estate Awards 2023 and 10 th Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2018. He has over 55 years of experience in the real estate business, property development, civil contracting and various other industries.
Mr. Parag M. Munot
Non-Executive Director
Parag M. Munot is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in science (in the field of industrial administration) from Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania. He has been associated with our Company since 3rd July, 1995. He has over 33 years of experience in real estate and property development.
Mr. Imtiaz I. Kanga
Non-Executive Director
Imtiaz I. Kanga is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, University of Bombay. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been associated with our Company since 3rd July, 1995. He has over 26 years of experience in real estate business and property development.
Ms. Anjali Seth
Independent Director
Anjali Seth is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Delhi. She is enrolled as an advocate of the Bar Council of Delhi since 7th April, 1983. She has been associated with our Company since 30th September, 2024.
